Industrial Works is a Mid-Size Diversified Metals Fabrication Company located in Green Bay, WI that is experiencing growth. We are looking for a full-time Fabricator. We distinguish ourselves in the marketplace by our proven advantage of Manufacturing Excellence, Project Management, On Time Delivery, and Superior Customer Service. Fabricators play a key role in safely manufacturing raw material to ensure all parts are made to specifications and meet our production schedule.  In our organization Fabricators are expected to be the strategic thinkers of the process to produce our products.

Location: Green Bay, WI

Wage: $16 – $35 Varies based on experience.

Shift: 1st – 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. / 6 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. depending on workload.

Job Type: Full-Time

Duties and Essential Job Functions:

  • Read and interpret technical drawings/blueprints.
  • Use hand tools and measuring devices.
  • Verifying dimensions and product specifications before proceeding to the next process step.
  • Operate equipment within the fabrication department as needed per job specifications.
  • Maintain an organized and clean work area through our 6S program.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Willing to work overtime as needed.
