Industrial Works is a Mid-Size Diversified Metals Fabrication Company located in Green Bay, WI that is experiencing growth. We are looking for a full-time TIG Welder. We distinguish ourselves in the marketplace by our proven advantage of Manufacturing Excellence, Project Management, On Time Delivery, and Superior Customer Service. This welding position is very active and requires a high level of motivation, dependability, reliability, and a willingness to learn new processes as they arise. Effective communication both written and verbal are critical to this position. Able to work in a team environment and independently.

Location: Green Bay, WI

Wage: $17.00 – $36.10 Varies based on experience and skill level.

Job Type: Full-time

Shift: 1st – 6:00 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. / 5 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. depending on workload.

Duties and Essential Job Functions

The essential job functions include:

  • TIG welding experience or formal training.
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Ability to use assorted measuring tools.
  • Work in a team environment and independently.
  • Possess basic Math Skill.
  • Willing to work overtime as needed.
